Meet the women who make CNBC women's ministry happen
Kathy Morales
Team Leader for CNBC Women
Kathy is thankful for God's redeeming love. She has a passion for introducing people to Jesus and being intentional about discipling the next generation of leaders. Kathy's husband Jesse was her teammate in marriage and ministry until his death in 2009. Jesse and Kathy served together in church planting and pastoral ministry for more than two decades after becoming Christians as young adults. Her own discipleship and mentoring experiences shaped her call to minister to women. Her years serving in local church ministry while raising four daughters has given her a heart for pastors' wives, some humorous stories and many practical ideas.
As the leader of CNBC Women, much of her time is spent facilitating opportunities for women of all ages and stages in life to experience personal and spiritual growth by:
- Equipping through regional events and resources
- Refreshing through retreats and resting
- Connecting through gathering and building meaningful relationships
- Sending through living on mission locally and globally
Kathy cherishes her time with family, including 11 grandchildren. Kathy is a recent novice pasta maker, chocolate gummy bear connoisseur and breakfast enthusiast! Around a table having relaxed conversation and good food is one of her favourite places to be.
As for us, we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard. Acts 4:20

Chelsea is the co-leader of a local Women's Ministry called Mom's Cafe which caters to mothers in her community. She currently attends Tapestry Church where she serves as the Women's Ministry leader.
Chelsea is a lover of the outdoors, natural peanut butter, gardening and power tools. When she is not at the CNBC office, Chelsea can often be found at a campsite with her family, at the gym, refinishing furniture for her home, exploring the mountains with her French Bulldog Frankie, or enjoying a latte with a dear friend at a local coffee shop.
And let us conisder how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Hebrews 10:24-25
