Getting Started with the Horizon Weekly

By Debbie Shelton

It’s happening! The Horizon Weekly news begins today with a trial version. Subscribers will receive an email from horizon@cnbc.ca each Wednesday morning linking to the article or video of the week.

Over the past 32 years our CNBC news has transitioned from a monthly newspaper-type publication to a quarterly online-only magazine. Receiving weekly news instead of a quarterly magazine gives you the opportunity to take a few minutes of your day to catch up on what is going on in our convention of churches.

The articles will be printable and you can download the videos if you like. You can share the news on your social media or email the downloaded PDF to a friend.

Our Cooperative Program reports will be available to view online each month, as well as an updated list of our new church plants. A link to a page with ministry position openings will also be available.

We are still working on all of the special features, so keep checking back each week to see what’s new.

The last CNBC Horizon magazine will be published online in early December. For those who would like to go back and read the history of the CNBC, the Horizon archives will continue to be on our website.

All of the articles and videos published in the Horizon Weekly will be stored on our CNBC website here: cnbc.ca/nm-horizon/horizon-articles.
