This Covenant will take effect Jan 1, 2017 and be in effect for 3 years after which it will be renegotiated by both partners (CNBC National and CNBC Manitoba).
The branding for the association in Manitoba will be "CNBC Manitoba".
There will be an annual planning meeting with CNBC National and CNBC Manitoba participants to coordinate calendar, events, resources, and strategies.
All events are co-sponsored CNBC National/CNBC Manitoba.
There will be one unified giving system called the Cooperative Program.
10% is the ideal minimum for giving to the Cooperative Program (CP) and will be the suggested beginning point for all church plants. Churches will be encouraged to increase their giving to CP each year to a maximum of 15%.
The CNBC will send back 10% of total CP giving from Manitoba churches to CNBC Manitoba.
At each year end an additional 40% of the increased CP from Manitoba churches from the previous year will be sent back to CNBC Manitoba.
The CNBC will create a designated fund for special gifts to CNBC Manitoba.
Database resourcing website and communication systems will be made available to CNBC Manitoba.
CNBC National will develop a CNBC Manitoba edition of the CNBC Horizon.
The nominations for the Manitoba representative to the National Leadership Board will be made in consultation with CNBC Manitoba.
The job description for the Regional Ministry Leader will be negotiated together by the convention and the association. The selection and appointment of the Regional Ministry Leader will be done jointly by the convention and the association. This position will be evaluated annually by the pastors and leaders of the association and by the National Ministry Leader. The Regional Ministry Leader will report to the National Ministry Leader of the CNBC.
